33RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT LOCAL RULES Divisions or Sections of the Court The judges of each division rotate between civil and criminal dockets. Division A shall sit in session and preside over the criminal docket of the District and criminal matters allotted to Division A during the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December; it shall sit in session and preside over the civil docket of the District and civil matters allotted to Division A during the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November. Division B shall sit in session and preside over the criminal docket of the District and criminal matters allotted to Division B during the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November; it shall sit in session and preside over the civil docket of the District and civil matters allotted to Division B during the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
